Forge undertook architectural services for the construction phase of this high profile development in the centre of Watford. The project presented a number of challenges for the design team, due to the integration of existing public house and bank buildings on the two corners into the scheme.

The transitions between the refurbished and new build elements demanded particularly creative solutions. Also many original features of the existing building were reconstructed, which required a high standard of detailing.
