This scheme sought to modernise a private house in Pinner whilst maintaining and enhancing some of the original features.

The existing building suffers from poor thermal performance and layout. The client was seeking open plan interiors to increase the airiness of the ground floor and make the most of the aspect to the South East, adding level thresholds and large openings to the terrace. The remodelling of the first floor included a master suite to the eastern wing, a large family bathroom and mezzanines to the children’s bedrooms.

We produced 3D and joinery options to assist the client in achieving their vision to provide a home for their growing family whilst working around many elements of the existing structure.
