Cathy joined Forge in 2007, after previously working at several London based law firms. A Chartered MCIPD, Cathy also studied Business at the University of Westminster.

Cathy oversees the HR and finances of the practice, ensuring Forge is a great place to work; and our high staff retention is testament to her success!

Out of the office, Cathy has a busy family of 5 to organise. She enjoys world cinema and exploring new foodie haunts in London. Keeping fit is also a priority and Cathy enjoys weekly bootcamp sessions as well as gentler pursuits such as yoga and pilates
