Babs began her career in high-end residential architecture, following studies in spatial and interior design at Buckinghamshire University. The appeal of the technical aspects of architecture and the challenges they present led her to join Forge in 2007, where she quickly became a key member of the planning team specialising in large scale sites.

Babs loves being creative in her spare time and has a keen interest in pottery and painting. A busy mum of three, she enjoys being inventive in the kitchen to maintain healthy family eating.
