This is a mixed-use development of part three, four and nine storeys compromising of 60 residential units, 6000sqft of retail space and 3800sqft of office space. The building is located in a prominent position in Central Walthamstow.

Forge identified the opportunity to create an active frontage onto the adjacent open space that would enhance the attractiveness and vitality of the area. We obtained planning for this extremely dense scheme on what was a very problematic long thin site.
