Forge took this project, a former garage site, through a sensitive consultation and planning process to produce a design that tastefully replicated the facades of the neighbouring Georgian buildings on Cole Street.

Following this we worked with The Corporation of Trinity House and contractors Kind & Co in the construction of these five new dwellings. The resulting building seamlessly integrates with the street scene and has received considerable praise from local residents.
