Forge were involved in all processes from feasibility through planning to completion for this period warehouse building in the Kennington Conservation Area.

The development contains a mix of commercial, residential and live/work units arranged around the site to form a new courtyard. The new build and extensions to the upper parts complimented the period building whilst providing generous circulation and modern, contemporary spaces.

The scheme won ‘What Home’ best residential refurbishment scheme.
