- a set of rules that specify the minimum acceptable level of performance and safety for constructed buildings.
Before and during construction, information needs to be submitted to Building Control for approval. This can be achieved through the local authority, or via an approved inspector. Forge have a wealth of experience with producing and collating this information, as well as forming working relationships with inspectors to make the process as trouble -free as possible.
We have a deep understanding of current Building Control legislation, which we aim to incorporate into the design as early as possible to avoid any nasty surprises further down the line.
