99 Rotherhithe Street is a Grade II Listed warehouse located on the Thames waterfront. Forge achieved approval for the renovation and refurbishment of this factory to provide nine apartments.

The project retains many existing features of the original building creating high-class accommodation with unique character and spectacular views of Tower Bridge.
