Forge produced a successful planning scheme on this tight site, and took this through to completion. The design dealt with issues of public frontage to both front and rear, proximity to the railway, and design within the Herne Hill conservation area.

The client was very keen to use high quality materials on this prominent development, including stone cladding and winter gardens to enhance the character of the scheme.
