Forge were appointed to produce the working drawing package for this planning approved scheme. Part of our brief included improvements to the internal layouts and amendments to the external elevations to comply with the housing association’s design brief.

We paid particular attention the detailing of the external balconies and fenestration, which achieved a high quality appearance that was on-budget.
