This residential development mixes private and affordable housing in a scheme on the Isle of Dogs. Forge undertook the construction phase of the project post planning approval. Existing planning layouts were amended to meet the specific requirements of the housing association who purchased the site with planning approval. Without affecting the external appearance, Forge were quick to update the scheme in order to keep the project on schedule. The scheme has recently been completed on site.
