Forge have taken this project from feasibility right through to completion, achieving planning permission in the summer of 2017.

Located next to the M25 and known commercially as ‘Swift 13’, the Creek Way project addresses the demand for good quality, accessible and attractive industrial units. The varied unit size and adaptable open plan spaces provides excellent potential for tenants from a broad spectrum of businesses.

Forge sought to be playful with their architectural approach to this project, using bold gradient blues to reference the adjacent Ingrebourne Creek and the nearby Thames. Sustainability was a key consideration, with electric car charging points, cycle storage and a ground source heat pump provided.
