Planning achieved for Limes Place, Croydon

We recently achieved planning for a small site in Croydon known as ‘Limes Place’. The scheme will see the replacement of an obsolete light industrial building with a new-build residential scheme of nine dwellings for our client Crown Coast Property.

The design maximises the opportunities presented by the unusual orientation of the site within a mainly residential context. The proposed building form and materials are respectful to adjacent properties, resulting in a new building that sits comfortably within the existing urban fabric.

The dwellings will range from one, two and three bedroom flats with each benefiting from abundant natural light, multiple aspect and generous external amenity space.
